DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing refers to methods of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media.

Digital color and black & white printing has replaced traditional spot and process-color printing for many projects. To incorporate the quality of traditional printing with the speed of digital copying, businesses should turn to our digital printing services. Remsen Graphics will find it cost-effective and fast to digitally produce short-run marketing material in full color.

New technology offers many new features in the printing field. The first is the ability to print digitally on heavier, larger, and different types of stock. Materials such as 120# cover and 130# cover can now be used for digital output. Customers also have a wider variety of options in terms of font, cover weight, sheen, and coating. From dull or glossy to coated or uncoated stocks, we can print your materials with outstanding results.

Contrary to popular belief, traditional ink printing is still going strong. When you need to hit a particular PMS color or you need absolutely unparalleled quality, traditional printing is the only way to go. For over 30 years, Remsen Graphics has worked at honing this craft.

Remsen Graphics has established itself as Brooklyn’s finest printing company. Our printing portfolio includes finely illustrated books, product catalogs, corporate publications, travel brochures and limited edition posters, to name just a few.

TRADITIONAL OFFSET

A commonly used printing technique in which the inked image is transferred from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface.

LARGE FORMAT

Though paper is the most common material, it is also frequently done on metals, plastics, cloth and composite materials.

We have invested in top quality oversize printing presses and finishing services. We can add grommets, pole pockets and hems to your vinyl banners; provide retractable pop-up banners to get attention; dry mount your images to make them stand up; laminate your printed posters to make them last; provide Velcro to make items stick; or frame your prints to look more formal.

Whatever your application, we produces large format material in vivid color or in the blackest black for dynamic posters, signs, banners and most other oversize applications. We’ll even wrap your oversize items for shipping purposes so they won’t get damaged in transport

We have the equipment and know-how to make your visuals pop!

Do you need a promotional piece that must look sensational? Or a long run of a full color flyer? Or an oversized, multi-folded map? Or a big mailing that needs to get out yesterday? You shouldn’t have to worry about HOW your promotional pieces get printed. Let us figure out how to make your material look its best and stay within your budget. Our team is experienced in all aspects of commercial printing – from spot color varnish, aqueous coating, 6 color printing, die cuts, web and sheet-fed presses and much more.

Preparing full color process files require some forethought since proofs can be expensive. It’s important to proofread and edit your piece before submitting it for printing. Files should be submitted as single page PDFs, preset with crops and bleeds, embedded fonts and images, in CMYK color spectrum and without transparencies.

FULL COLOR PROCESS PRINTING

The colors are applied to the stock one by one, and out comes the full color (4 color process) result.
